Where most clients start

Two kinds of calls

Brands come to ValSeb for one of two reasons. Knowing which one you are makes the first conversation faster.

You already shoot

Make what you have work better

You have a program running. Shoots happen, product moves, deadlines get hit, mostly. But things get dropped between departments, costs creep, and quality swings depending on who showed up that day. We take what exists and put structure under it.

You have an idea

Build the whole thing from scratch

You know what you want the brand to look like and you need someone to make it real. We bring in an art director to expand the concept, assemble the crew, cast the talent, secure the location, and run it through to delivered files.

What turnkey actually means

The whole production,
not just the shoot day

Not a coordinator handed a shot list. Every part of the job, from the first concept conversation to the final retouched file, runs through one person.

Concept and art direction

An art director brought in to take your idea and build it into something shootable.

Crew and talent

Photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, assistants, and casting. Booked, contracted, briefed.

Location

Studio or on location. Scouted, secured, permitted where it needs to be.

Wardrobe and product

Shipments received, checked against the manifest, organized before the shoot and stored after it.

Post and delivery

Selects, color, retouching, video editing. Final files delivered in the formats your team actually needs.

Budgets and vendors

Budgets built and tracked, vendors paid, invoices reconciled.

Crews of any size, from a two-person setup to 20+ on the floor. Single-day through multi-day. Photo, video, or both. Based in South Florida, shooting Miami through Palm Beach, and open to traveling for the right production.

How productions actually run

The job is mostly
what doesn't happen

A model cancels the morning of. A shipment arrives short, or never left the warehouse at all. None of it moves the day, because wardrobe and product are received and checked against the manifest well before call time, and a contingency already exists for the things that tend to go wrong. Clients hear about problems as solved things.

The rest is knowing when to step in and when not to. Crew are hired because they are good at what they do, and then trusted to do it. The producer's job is to keep the entire floor in view, hold the schedule, and make sure every detail lands where it should, from the first call sheet through the last retouched file.

How it started

With over a decade producing for other companies, Gloria Echeverri opened ValSeb Productions in May 2021 with a hundred dollars in the bank. Five years later, the company staffs and runs complete productions for national apparel and commercial brands, handling everything from art direction through final delivery.

Founded May 2021 · South Florida

Most of what ValSeb produces is shot through Magnesium Studios and Mateo Garcia Photography. Finished stills and film live there.
